Mile High CRE has an article about the opening of the 226-room Hyatt Place Hotel in Peña Station NEXT. Below is an excerpt with a link to the full article.
Today, Hyatt Place Peña Station/Denver Airport opened its doors and welcomed its first guests at 6110 North Panasonic Way in Denver. The new hotel features unexpected and experiential elements, including a curated Colorado-centric art program; a lively bar showcasing top local beers, wine and spirits; a resident Golden Retriever puppy named Denver greeting guests at check-in; and an ultra-convenient location just one stop away from Denver International Airport (DIA) on the RTD University of Colorado A-line train.
A collaboration between McWHINNEY – a Colorado-based real estate investor and developer with expertise in hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, multi-family and residential assets – and Sage Hospitality, the hotel’s operator, this is the first hotel to open in Denver’s Peña Station NEXT, a transit-oriented community offering multi-family housing, offices, retail, health and wellness, along with hotels, restaurants and more.
